Covid-19 Update

We want to assure you that Green Tree Doors is closely monitoring the circumstances related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Our top priorities are the health and well-being of our customers and employees.

In light of the recent updates from the Government on 5th November 2020, we have put extra measures in place that we would like to make you aware of.

The Green Tree Doors office based team are now working remotely, however all calls, emails and orders are being dealt with in the usual manner.  Our warehouse will remain open but our Chesterfield showroom will be closed to all visitors until further notice. We remain committed to providing our customers with the best possible service that we can provide.

Deliveries are currently taking place, although deliveries may take longer than 7 working days. We will of course keep you informed if this is the case.

Our driver Kevin will, however, not be entering any homes / businesses to limit contact as much as possible and all deliveries will be signed for by Kevin on the customers behalf. Please keep this in mind if you require assistance carrying any items.

At the end of every delivery run the delivery van is being cleaned and disinfected thoroughly. Kevin will also be wearing gloves from now on and carries hand sanitiser for use before and after every delivery.

We now have only one person working In our Warehouse at a time, preparing orders for delivery.

All our employees are educated on infection control and have elevated personal hygiene awareness ie proper hand washing techniques and sneeze and cough etiquette.

This is an ever-changing situation but please rest assured that we are always here to provide the best service and support possible.
